Return & Refund Policy

At Nakyo Beauty, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Not show signs of wear or damage

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • African Net Sponges

  • Exfoliating Gloves

  • Peri Bottles

  • Any personal care or hygiene products


Return Process

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
